1. How much is delivery?

Delivery charges include packaging and all items will come wrapped in tissue. A gift box can be added if you wish.

At the moment delivery is to the UK only - Items can be posted abroad on request, please get in touch to discuss postage options

1st Class - £2.99

Recorded Delivery - £3.99

2. Will my order be exactly as the photograph on the site??

Everything is made to order, we hand pick the beads for every item. With this in mind the item may differ slightly from the photograph but we do our best to match the photo.

3. How long until I get my order?

Everything is made to order, we try to dispatch orders within 14 days although at busy times we can take up to 30 days, please get in touch if your order is urgent

4. Do you make bespoke items?

Yes, It’s very special getting the opportunity to make something bespoke so please get in touch.

5. I need to return something, what can I do?

If for any reason you need to return anything please contact me within 7 days to arrange this. We accept returns on most items. Full details can be found here in our terms.

6. I really like one of the items but need it in another colour?

Please get in touch to discuss your colour requirements, we are always happy to help.

7. I really like one of the items on the site but can’t see matching items.

Please get in touch and we can make matching items for you.
